As part of the development and industrialization of the ALEDIA production site in Champagnier, we are looking for an HVAC Electrical Facilities Engineer.

Role and responsibilities

Integrated into the Facilities team and under the responsibility of his or her Facilities manager or manager, he or she is responsible for monitoring, optimization, reliability and developments of the installations within the scope entrusted to him or her:

Mechanical : Heating Ventilation Air conditioning, Compressed air, Vacuum, Process cooling water, Air extraction, Gas scrubber, Clean rooms.

He or she guarantees the homogeneity and integrity of the installations under his or her responsibility and, where applicable, the supply, in quality and quantity, of fluids up to the point of use, in compliance with needs. and manufacturing specifications.

He or she manages the services of partners and suppliers within his or her scope (control of maintenance plans, planning of shutdowns if necessary, evaluation of the supplier).

He or she guarantees that the installations comply with the regulations in force and the latest professional recommendations (e.g. INRS, ANSSI, etc.), making it possible to achieve a very high level of reliability and high availability adapted to an industrial environment classified ICPE, see SEVESO.

Your main missions will be as follows:

Operations support:

  • Guarantee that the capacity and capability of the installations conform to the needs and specifications
  • Lead the completion of FMEAs
  • Carry out audits and inspections (internal and external)
  • Check the correct level of knowledge of teams and partners
  • Carry out training for teams and partners
  • Lead 8D analyses, guarantee the implementation of action plans and verify effectiveness

Support for their businesses:

  • Carry out technological and regulatory monitoring
  • Communicate and circulate information at the department level, internal customers, partners and management
  • Carry out the confrontation of expertise (internal and external)
  • Actively facilitate the capitalization of experience
  • Achieve standardization by creating internal repositories

Internal and external relations:

  • Carry out and run benchmarks
  • Build and lead partnerships
  • Organize technical visits to suppliers, trade shows, CCI meetings, etc.

Management of continuous improvement and investment projects (CAPEX):

For installation performance improvement projects:

  • Identify, build and follow the roadmap of improvement projects
  • Present and validate projects with management
  • Monitor the completion of projects, from the expression of needs to final reception
  • Check the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented projects

For new installations:

  • Participate in the drafting of CDCs, supplier consultations and technical choices
  • Participate in the qualification and commissioning of new installations
  • Ensure the integration of new installations into the CMMS and service provider scopes

Training and experience

  • Engineer by training with proven experience in a continuous fire industry, ideally in the microelectronics industry and on a Seveso site, within a Facilities or Industrial Maintenance department.
  • Knowledge of “Mechanical” scope systems.
  • Knowledge of process engineering.
