HSE Facilities Technician M/F

As part of our development and in preparation for our industrialization, we are looking for an HSE Facilities Technician M/F, based in Champagnier for a permanent position.

Role and responsibilities

Integrated into the Facilities team and in collaboration with the QHSE department, his role is to lead the QHSE field activity applicable within the Facilities services.

He or she participates in projects aimed at ensuring regulatory compliance, capacity increases and site performance.

He or she must guarantee the proper execution of the tasks entrusted to him or her, while respecting safety, production and clean-concept constraints.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• HSE operational management

  Guarantee permanent operation of fire detection and protection systems (fire extinguishers, sprinklers, RIA, etc.)

  Guarantee the completion of regulatory visits for periodic controls of the activity and the completion of compliance actions

  Identify the needs for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure their availability to employees

  Carry out field inspections of construction sites and interventions (including external service providers) to ensure compliance with QSE rules

  Manage the solid and liquid waste management activity (BSDD, analyzes of the industrial water sampler, etc.)

• Administrative management

  Guarantee the renewal of prevention plans (PDP) and annual security protocols

  Provide support to principals for the risk analysis of prevention plans, the establishment of various permits (fire permits, inhibition permits, fluid lockout, electrical lockout, etc.)

  Participate in risk analyzes for updating the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER) of Facilities services

  Participate in the analyzes of preliminary risk studies (EPR) of projects

  Monitor the implementation of HSE action plans for Facilities services

• Training

  Organize role-playing exercises for internal and external employees holding on-call duties and having a role in the emergency management reflex sheets

  Provide support for the organization and running of POI exercises organized by the HSE department

• Reporting

  Define and manage HSE performance indicators for Facilities services

  Participate in identifying improvement actions and implement them

  Provide support for updating documentation

Training and experience

• You hold a Bac+ 2 or 3 type BTS/DUT/License in QHSE.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a position of this type, within a SEVESO industrial environment, ideally in microelectronics.
• You have knowledge of operation and maintenance tools
