Transport Technician M/F
As part of our development and in preparation for our industrialization, we are looking for a Transport Technician, based in Champagnier for a permanent position.
Role and responsibilities
Your main missions will be as follows:
Monitor flows – upstream, downstream transport and recycling and return flows
- Monitor external flows throughout the entire project, from the customer order to the supply of raw materials
- Look for solutions adapted to the constraints of the project, particularly on the mode of transport and incoterms
- Make transport requests when necessary for the flow of goods, or for the return of parts to the supplier for recycling, repair, filling.
- Request authorization from experts (HSE, TMD consultants) for the transport of dangerous materials and communicate the requirements to transport partners
- Prepare and list the documents necessary for the proper performance of services, in accordance with regulations and good professional practices
- Follow the transport policy for the company's various goods
- Participate in the evaluation of carrier performance and monitor existing KPIs
- Consult transport partners to supply calls for tenders
Participation in LEAN projects and service development

- Participate in the definition / Implement and report the management indicators of your activity in order to monitor the effectiveness of supplies and suppliers
- Use and participate in the continuous improvement of IT tools such as ERP
- Support the recording of orders via the ERP, create and monitor invoicing
- Participate in LEAN improvement projects and monitor actions
- Develop operating methods linked to supplier flows to facilitate Supply Chain activities
- Take a critical look at prices and their evolution of supplies made
Ensure the back-up of the Supply Technician:
Ensure relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collect and analyze product requests and specifications
- Consult suppliers for tenders and confirm their selection
- Collect and save documents (acknowledgment of receipt, technical documents, etc.)
- Implement supplies between suppliers, deported stocks and Aledia
- Contribute to the evaluation of supplier performance, budget monitoring and ensure compliance with cycle times
- Coordination of subcontracting
Responsible for stock and supply management within its scope
- Analyze and propose stock sizing via the ERP for all Aledia sites
- Track available stocks
- Ensure effective communication with internal customers on specific needs/product terms
- Deploy and implement the supply plan based on the production plan. Adjust in case of delay.
Training and experience
- You hold a Bac+ 2 or 3 type BTS/DUT/License in Logistics.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a position of this type, within an industrial and international environment.
- You have a good command of Pack Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and a satisfactory level of English (B1 to B2).
