Facilities Gas Chemistry Water Engineer M/F

As part of the development and industrialization of the ALEDIA production site in Champagnier, we are looking for a Gas / Chemistry / Water Facilities Engineer.

Role and responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Facilities Operations Manager, he or she is responsible for the monitoring, optimization, reliability, developments of gas and liquid chemical distribution installations (PCL), Ultrapure Water (EUP) and the station. neutralization.

He or she guarantees the supply of gas, PCL and EUP and its adequacy to needs.

He or she manages the service of the company operating the site (control of maintenance plans, planning of shutdowns if necessary, evaluation of the supplier).

He or she monitors the quality of the products distributed (Gas, in PCL and EUP) and the adaptation of this quality to the specifications and guarantees the proper functioning of the site's fleet of gas detectors.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Management of Gas, PCL and EUP supplies in line with needs and monitoring of installations
• Management of the quality of distributed products and their suitability for process requirements
• Management of the site gas detection system
• Management of the neutralization station
• Management of continuous improvement and investment projects

Training and experience

• Engineer by training with proven experience in a continuous fire industry, ideally in the microelectronics industry and on a Seveso site, within a Facilities or Industrial Maintenance department.
• Knowledge of gas detection systems.
• Knowledge of UHP gas distribution and treatment processes (purification, analysis, etc.)
• Knowledge of process engineering.
