Forbes: Aledia ranked most inventive start-up in 2019

For the second consecutive year, 100brevets.tech in collaboration with Forbes France published the 2019 ranking of the 100 most inventive startups on October 7 th , 2019 – a ranking based on the French Tech* community. Aledia was ranked number one for its micro light-emitting-diode (microLED) technology, based on a unique 3D MicroLED architecture using gallium-nitride (GaN)-on-silicon nanowires (WireLED™).
According to Forbes.fr, several trends are highlighted in the ranking. Most notably that 62% of inventors are positioned on digital; that inventors have an entrepreneurial vision of their patent with the prime motivation of value creation for their investors, followed by the ambition to guarantee sustainable business growth.
